Download certificate

Download the issued certificate. format=pem returns the fullchain (and the private key, if we hold it). format=pfx returns a base64 PKCS#12 / .pfx bundle for Windows / IIS (optional password) — available only when Servera holds the private key (i.e. you did not supply your own CSR).
