Product configurable options

All configurable options for a product (OS templates, disk, RAM, extra IPv4/IPv6, backups, ...) with each option's values, value_ids and prices - the same options the panel offers. Put the chosen { "<option_id>": { "value_id": <id> } } into an order item's config_options when calling POST /orders.
