Get Entity Field Mapping

EntityFieldMapping is the public, Terraform-shaped view of a source field mapping: it binds an external field (discovered in an ingestion config's external schema) to an internal entity-type field. When several sources map to the same internal field, priority decides precedence (higher wins).

The mapping is keyed publicly by the stable ingestion_config_id rather than the internal (versioned) external-schema id.
