Send cart link email to shopper

Send the subscription cart confirmation link by email to the shopper.

Allowed subscription states:

  • waiting_for_payment — always allowed
  • draft, sent, in_progress — allowed only for Mexican merchants

Returns 422 if the shopper has no email address or the subscription is not in an allowed state.
