Verify sending domain

Runs a fresh DNS and provider verification and returns normalized aggregate, SPF, DKIM, and MAIL FROM status and diagnostics. It does not check or set up receiving mail; use Verify receiving domain (/receiving-domains/{domain}/verify) for that.
