Duplicate email component

Creates a new component with the same description, type and blocks as an existing one. Without a name, the copy is called "<name> (Copy)", or "<name> (Copy 2)" and so on when that name is taken. Duplicating a copy keeps a single "(Copy N)" suffix. The copy is never pinned as a default, so duplicating the default footer gives a regular component.
