List variations

Changed on

Lists the campaign email's variations, oldest first. Variations are alternative versions of the email that you compare side by side on the editor canvas; the campaign keeps sending its email until you use one. Discarded variations are not listed. Each variation's parentId points at the nearest variation it descends from that has not been discarded. Email campaigns only.
