List accounts

Lists the B2B accounts (organizations) in the workspace. Search matches name, external ID and domain. Sort with sort (updatedAt, createdAt, name, memberCount, lastEventAt) and order (asc, desc). withoutEventRecipients=true keeps accounts with members but no owner or admin. Organizations is the dashboard name for accounts, and every /accounts path also works as /organizations, and /account-suggestions as /organization-suggestions.

When true, only accounts that have members but no owner or admin. Account events sent to owners or admins reach nobody in these accounts.
