Component compatibility catalog versions

Returns catalog versions with servedFrom provenance and observed deploymentVersions. Optionally narrowed to a single component and compatibility-constrained by registered component query parameters plus platform/nextflow/fusion/sched/wave deployment context, for example fusion=2.5 or connect=0.11.2 (comma-lists; AND across, OR within; edge-less params do not constrain). Unknown parameters and malformed expressions return 400; unknown selected components return 404.
