Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) payment link for article units. POST with no credential returns a 402 challenge that teaches any Link-wallet agent (link-cli) how to obtain a Shared Payment Token and retry; the same URL opened in a browser redirects to the human buy page. Links are minted by generate_article / POST /articles 402 payloads (mpp_payment_link) and are HMAC-signed - do not construct them by hand.
