Unassign Role

Remove an assignment OWNED BY THE ACTIVE UNIT: the assignment's tenant_id and its role's tenant_id must both be the unit the caller was authorized in. An assignment of another unit, or an account-wide (NULL) one, is not this unit's to remove.
