Eject Journey Contact

Remove a contact from a journey by contact id (J-4 "Remove from journey"). Terminal: flips the contact's active/waiting/paused state to exited (exit_reason='operator') and clears the cursor. A contact not currently in-flight (already completed/exited, or never entered) 409s so the operator gets a clear signal rather than a silent no-op. Reuses the same eject semantics as the by-state-id endpoint.
