Totp Nudge Dismiss

"Not now" on the dashboard suggestion.

Only a suggestion that was actually showing can be declined. A stray POST from an account where it was not due -- unverified, already enrolled, policy-required -- must not stamp a refusal the person never gave, or the suggestion would silently never appear once it became relevant.
