A page of rows.

Without audiences:pii every value that LOOKS like an address is masked and the q search is refused. The search is the important half: a substring filter over a column reconstructs the values it hides, which is the same reconstruction /agent/v1/contacts/search refuses, and paginating it does not make it less of an export.
