Partially update a product line

Updates only the provided fields; at least one of name or details is required. A details patch is a shallow merge: each top-level key you send replaces that key on the stored object, other keys are left unchanged, and keys cannot be removed (set a key's value to null to blank it). The patch itself must be a JSON object. Renaming to a name another active product line holds is a 409 (renaming to the current name is fine). Requires the GEO product.
