Delete a content item

Deletes a content item. Content published to external destinations is removed from those destinations first; if that removal fails, the item is not deleted (502). Content still being ingested cannot be deleted until it finishes (409). Knowledge-base content must be deleted through the KB node endpoints and returns 400 here. Requires the GEO product.
