Sync Gmail Integration

Trigger a manual sync for a Gmail integration.

Required Scopes: email_integrations:update

This will:

  1. Fetch new messages from Gmail since last sync
  2. Process and store them in the system
  3. Update the integration's history ID
post/api/v1/email-integrations/{integration_id}/gmail/sync
