Get Email Campaign Unsubscribe Counts

Batch opt-out counts for the email campaigns INDEX page.

ONE grouped query over unsubscribe_tokens (used tokens) for the given email campaign ids (EmailCampaign.id, tenant-scoped). All email opt-outs are link/one-click, so per campaign exact == total and estimated is always 0. Campaigns with no opt-outs are OMITTED — treat a missing id as 0.
