Upload Contact Avatar

Upload a profile picture for a contact.

The image is downscaled to 256px and stored in our own bucket, then served from the permanent /api/v1/public/avatar/... proxy. A manually uploaded avatar is marked avatar_is_custom and is NEVER overwritten by the channel's own profile picture — remove it (DELETE this endpoint) to let platform syncing resume.
