Delete a subscriber list

Delete the list and, by cascade, every membership on it. Those memberships are the consent record: an UNSUBSCRIBED row is the evidence that someone opted out, and it goes with the list — re-creating the list and re-importing the same addresses will not find their opt-outs waiting. The emails already sent are untouched.

Requires the lists:write scope — Create, rename, and delete your subscriber lists.
