Upload an image for email content

Upload one PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP image (up to 5 MB) as the raw request body with its Content-Type. Optional filename query parameter. The image is served publicly, with a long cache, from the returned url (https://sendhq.cc/i/<id>), so it keeps working in sent email; anyone with the URL can view it. 300 uploads or 300 MB per day.
