Get a project

Fetch a project with its rounds. Each round carries what it is testing (artefact_name, artefact_type), its simulations, and its synthesis with synthesis_status ("generating", "completed" or "failed"), synthesis_error, and synthesis_stale: true when completed simulations in the round are not yet covered by the synthesis.
