The day's one prioritised LinkedIn list: replies waiting on you, then stalled conversations with a saved draft (received invitations are not synced yet). Read only: proposes nothing and sends nothing.

Dispatched to linkedin.nextActions on POST /mcp/query. This route is a different URL for the same call: the request is answered by the same dispatcher, with the same authentication, the same scope check, the same organisation scoping and the same refusals.
