Request information from a sandbox customer

Sandbox only. Raises a request for information on a customer whose KYC or KYB was submitted, as a reviewer would: the customer reads under_review with pending_rfi: true, the items are listed by GET /customers/{id}/kyc/rfis, and the request is emailed to the organization's compliance contact. Answering every item through POST /customers/{id}/kyc/rfis/answers or the hosted link approves the customer a few seconds later.
