Register an external fiat account
Register a bank account the customer already holds. The expected details shape is determined by currency, bank country, and the rails named; name swift for a USD SWIFT account at a US bank. GET /v0/accounts/fiat/external/requirements returns the live per-corridor recipe. The account materializes synchronously.
