Update an opportunity's status

Mark an opportunity completed or dismissed (optionally with a reason/feedback). Requires a connection minted with the opportunity:manage capability (not the bare write scope). Opportunities are a regular-project feature: an ACTIVE pitch project refuses with 403 pitch_not_supported, matching GET .../opportunities.
