Multipart Parts Batch

Get presigned URLs for parts of a multipart upload — the one presign route, a batch or a single part (C1 Р28).

Eliminates per-part round-trip overhead: one auth check, one Redis lookup, N presigned URLs generated in parallel via the signing executor pool.
