List a program's saved rule configuration revisions, newest first, without their complete configurations.

The program's id.

The next_cursor from the previous response, valid only with the same endpoint and filters.

Return only revisions recorded after this time, RFC 3339.

created_beforestring date-time

Return only revisions recorded before this time, RFC 3339.
