Sort ids are dynamic per searchId and are harvested from data.sortOrderList; only the token shape is enforced here so obvious garbage is a 422 rather than an upstream 400 surfaced as a 503.

Upstream areaId is repeatable; one id per request is the exposed contract. sfId and ISPRIVATE are deliberately unexposed.

The gte comparison is only meaningful when the lower bound was actually sent. Laravel resolves an absent field as null and gte then fails, so "everything under 2000" would be rejected naming a parameter the caller never sent.
