Query parameters

postcodestring nullable

Mutually exclusive, mirroring RightmoveAddressRequest. The controller resolves the postcode only when location_id is absent (RightmoveController::soldProperties), so accepting both leaves the postcode silently dropped and answers with a different area than the caller asked for - a 200 carrying the wrong region.

location_idinteger nullable

Numeric location id when you already have one, e.g. 87490. Sold data is keyed on this numeric id, never on an outcode string. Always costs 1 API request, and it needs a matching location_type.

REGION, OUTCODE, POSTCODE, BRANCH or STATION. Must match the id you pass; resolve ids with /api/rightmove/locations/typeahead.

radiusinteger nullable

Search radius in miles, 0 to 50. Applied upstream.

pageinteger nullable

Page number. Sold data pages very deep.

page_sizeinteger nullable

Records per page, up to 100.
