geoadvisor or v3.

property_typeinteger nullable

Numeric like every other Fotocasa enum on the wire. These apply only to variant=v3: the geoadvisor GET takes no filters, so sending one there would be silently ignored.

transaction_typeinteger nullable

v3 only: numeric transactionType id, same values as /search. Sending it on the default geoadvisor variant is a 422.
