Query parameters

transaction'vendita' | 'affitto' | 'sale' | 'rent' required

vendita (sale) or affitto (rent). The English words sale and rent also work. Example: vendita.

locationstring required

Casa.it slug of a town, province or region from the locations endpoint, e.g. roma, milano or lazio.

pageinteger

Page number, 1 to 80, 20 listings per page. Default: 1

price_mininteger nullable

Minimum price in euros (monthly rent for affitto).

price_maxinteger nullable

Maximum price in euros (monthly rent for affitto). Must not be below price_min.

roomsinteger nullable

Exact number of rooms, 1 to 4.
