Get a task

Reads one task. With wait=N (0 to 20), the request is held while the task is queued or running and answers as soon as it settles or pauses; it may also answer earlier with the task still running. While the task moves, the response carries Retry-After: 2; read it again no sooner than that. Credits: 0 (free). Does not increment per-minute rate limit counters.
