Get a List

Returns the List and one page of its rows: List Members (kind member) and Not found lines kept as Pending Intake (kind pending), ordered by added date. Pass nextCursor back as cursor, with the same kind, for the next page; a malformed cursor, or one sent with other filters, is refused with 400. Credits: 0.

Row query. all mixes List Members and Pending Intake by added_at; members or pending restricts the server read.
