Public member profile: name, headline, location, about, follower and connection counts, badges, avatar, websites, current companies, experience, and education. public_view is full for members LinkedIn features (Creator / Top Voice) and limited for everyone else — then the headline and most experience/education entries are withheld. Profiles LinkedIn hides from logged-out visitors (nonexistent or public visibility off) return not_found.

Provide exactly one of: handle, url.
