Create a markt.de account through the API. One value has to come from elsewhere: markt.de guards its sign-up form with a reCAPTCHA and has Google verify the token, so it cannot be produced here — mint it in a browser on the sign-up page and pass it in as `recaptcha_token`. Without it the portal answers 200 with the form again rather than an error. The rest of the sign-up runs on its own, the confirmation link the portal mails included: hand it to /activate.
