Fetch the replies to one post, about 30 a page: each is a post, with its author, text, likes and replies, and referenced_tweets naming the post it answers.

Give exactly one of url or id to identify the post.

Costs 13 credits, whether the answer is fetched or served from cache. A failed call is refunded automatically.
