List categories and tags

List the category tree (with subcategories) and the browse tags with live viewer counts; sort=viewers returns the tags in trending order. Each successful request costs 1 account credit, including partial results. Failed requests cost 0 credits.

source (default) keeps the site's order; viewers orders tags by live viewer count (the trending view).
