Search public Threads posts by keyword, ranked or newest first with recent, with date filters and an optional compact projection. Each successful request costs 1 account credit, including partial results. Failed requests cost 0 credits.

true for the recent ranking, newest first; false (default) for Threads' top ranking.

true keeps the compact projection: id, pk, caption, code, like_count, taken_at, user (feed and search posts add url).
