List or get Product Hunt topics
List Product Hunt topics alphabetically, optionally matching a name, with description, follower count and image. Pass slug to retrieve one topic with its parent and sub-topics and list the products in it by followers, recent launches, rating or launch count. Page with cursor. Each successful request costs 1 account credit, including partial results. Failed requests cost 0 credits.

Query parameters
Optional topic slug, as in producthunt.com/topics/<slug>. Returns that topic and its products instead of the topic list.
Topic list only. Optional topic name filter, 1–100 characters.
Opaque nextCursor from the previous page. Omit for the first page.
Records per page, 1–20; defaults to 20 (the source's page ceiling).
With slug only: most_followed (default), most_recent_launch, highest_rated, best_rated, most_recent, oldest or posts_count.
