Get URL save counts

Count how many times web pages have been saved to Pinterest. Pass up to ten comma-separated addresses; each address is counted exactly as written, so http/https, trailing slashes and query strings are separate entries. A count of 0 means Pinterest reports no saves for that exact address. Each successful request costs 1 account credit, including partial results. Failed requests cost 0 credits.
