Returns paginated results for the tracked prompt set from the latest headline scan. Default is one latest cell per (prompt, engine), ChatGPT first. Default view=rollup. Rollup verdict is mixed when one engine recommends and another omits. Optional engine=chatgpt, include_previous for history, snippet_chars (default 400). Per-cell fields include scan_id, cited_urls, cited_ours, cited_money_page, search_queries, and status (recommended / mentioned / omitted / collision / error). Free.
