Get DOI-level articles funded by a funder

List the DOI-level articles funded by a funder, each with publisher, journal (ISSN), year and Smart Citation tallies — the raw rows to build funding-spend rollups (by publisher / journal / year) from the DOI level up.

funder_id is the id returned by GET /api_partner/funders. Supports the same sorts and filters keys as the funder dashboard. Requires an API token with the funders:api scope — contact sales@scite.ai.
