Scispot API - SEQUENCE API

Create a Sequence

This API endpoint can be used to create a sequence of any type the scispot supports:

  • DNA sequence

  • RNA sequence

  • Mixed DNA and RNA sequence

  • Oligo

  • Protein

In addition to name, provide sequence or sequenceData. type is optional and defaults to DNA.

Request body must include sequence content using either sequence or sequenceData.
