Get Manifest Metadata

Fetch metadata about a manifest through either the UUID, HRID, or the Barcode.

Validation notes: provide at least one of hrid, uuid, barcode.

Lookup accepts one of hrid, uuid, or barcode. Missing/not-found identifiers surface as service errors in API-v2.
