Retrieve information about a specific documentation page

NOTE: It is necessary to provide one of the following identifiers: hrid, name or uuid

Validation notes: provide at least one of name, hrid, uuid.

Provide at least one identifier query parameter. If name is used and duplicates exist, the service can return a conflict.
