Filter Labsheets

Filters labsheet records. This endpoint is implemented by TableController and currently dispatches the FILTER action.

Only action FILTER is implemented by TableController. Unsupported or missing action can return a null body with HTTP 200.

Implementation note: this route is handled by TableController, not EasyAPIController. Unsupported actions or caught controller exceptions can return a null body with HTTP 200 rather than a structured error response.
