Blog Like

Increment a post's like counter. Returns the new displayed totals (fictional base + real). 404 for unknown slugs so we don't seed rows for garbage paths. Dedup is best-effort on the client (localStorage); a vanity counter doesn't warrant server-side identity tracking.
