Delete an extraction profile
Changed onRemove the profile so it can no longer be applied to new ingestion. Its version history is kept: GET /profiles/{profile_id}/versions/{version} still resolves the profile_version recorded on existing facts, and jobs already queued complete with the snapshot they carry.
