Returns ChEMBL facts (ChEMBL id, max clinical phase, molecule type, formula, weight), curated mechanisms and targets, the most frequently reported adverse-event terms from openFDA FAERS (spontaneous report counts, not incidence or risk) and FDA label highlights (indications, whether a boxed warning exists). Research data lookup, not medical advice.
